These shape how the system is built. They are not a certificate, and they are not a legal opinion.

GDPR. Data protection by design for personal data of people in the EU: purpose, minimization, access control, and a path for access, correction, and deletion.

EU AI Act. A design input for systems the Act covers, including recruiting and other high-risk uses. We inventory what the system does and where a person stays in the loop. We do not declare a system compliant.

No. We design for those rules. We do not certify compliance, and we do not give a legal opinion. That stays with your counsel.
