1. Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by most accessibility laws, including the European Accessibility Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, labeled form fields and descriptive link text.
- Everything, including filters, the services selector, the contact form and the FAQ assistant, can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Light and dark color themes that follow your system setting.
- Animations and moving backgrounds are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Layouts that adapt to small screens and to browser zoom up to 200%.
- No third-party widgets, pop-ups or cookie banners that interrupt screen readers.
3. Known limitations
We have not yet had the website audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we do not claim full conformance. Some older articles may contain images or tables without complete text alternatives, and decorative animated backgrounds may be distracting for some people when reduced motion is not enabled. We fix issues as we find them.
